This poster describes a case using two antipsychotics successfully in the treatment of severe psychosis and highlights the potential value of a partial agonist alongside a typical dopamine agonist.  The goal was to maximize the potential value of antipsychotic agents in terms of increased efficacy and decreased side effects, especially those that hinder optimal treatment. Dr. Tanner discusses the problem of treating acute psychosis and treatment strategy used for a severely psychotic geriatric patient.
