Hospitals and health systems can enhance physician well-being by providing and encouraging individual-focused
solutions that help physicians and physicians in training identify stressors and explore positive and negative coping strategies. Organizational-wide deployment would allow the institution to collect consensus data on stressors to guide efficient and effective institution-wide changes that would potentially impact the well-being of all physicians at
the institution.
